Originally designed to celebrate the birthday of the American Gem Trade Association, this 18K gold hand crafted one of a kind piece consists of a fancy shaped freshwater pearl, white South Sea keshi pearl, a black South Sea natural color Tahitian pearls and four specially hand carved stones for balloons – 2.14ct emeralds, 3.77ct. rubies, 3.70ct sapphires, 2.34ct. keshi pearl and 0.08ct. G color, SI1 clarity diamonds with black enameled shoes.
