If for any reason you are not happy with your tanzanite jewelry, simply follow the instructions below and return it to us within 20 days of the ship date for a complete refund less shipping & handling charges. Please note: We must receive your package within 20 days of the original ship date in order to process your credit so please ship your package accordingly.
Tanzanite jewelry items that have obviously been worn, damaged or broken as a result of carelessness or negligence are not covered by this guarantee.
Packages that are refused upon delivery will be subject to an additional refusal charge of $20, which will be deducted from the credit.
You must return the piece unworn and undamaged in its original packaging along with a copy of your online invoice to receive your credit. Special order pieces, jewelry pieces that show signs of wear or jewelry pieces that have been altered are not covered by this satisfaction guarantee.
This guarantee does not cover lost items. You must return the original piece in order to receive credit for it. If you do not send back the original piece, no refund or replacement will be given. Please be sure to insure your return packages for the replacement value as we will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
You must contact JewelryImpressions.com for a Return Authorization number (RA#). Items that arrive without a valid RA# clearly visible on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to sender. For your RA#, please call 970-535-0191 or email us at michelle@merchandisebrokers.com. Be sure to mention the Extraordinary Tanzanite Product Line and give your invoice number AND item numbers being returned when obtaining your RA#.
